1- choose a competency in my field (educational psychology) that I would like to assess and write 3-4 exam questions that are designed to assess it.2- in addition to the above, write a short paper ( no more than 3 pages) that describes the competency which the exam questions are designed to assess, my assessment goals, and justify how my test items meet these goals.
